Tips for the mattress shopping!

• Hard, medium or soft? Depending on how much you weigh, which sleeping position you prefer and of course what you consider is comfortable deciding what hardness the mattress should have. The heavier you are, the firmer bed you usually prefer. If you sleep on a stomach you need a firmer bed, sleep on your back or side, you may need a bit softer bed to sink properly.
• Allergic?  A foam mattress can be a good option for those who are allergic. For example, latex is a good choice for many allergies and asthmatics as it is an organic material and resistant to dust mites and bacteria.
• Size?  As far as the length of the mattress is concerned, you may want to have 10 cm above your head, and 10 cm between your feet and the end of the mattress. If you are over 190 cm long and the mattress is placed in a bed frame, we recommend that you choose a mattress that is 210 cm tall to make you comfortable in bed.
• Moisture?  Many sweat during the nights and to protect the mattress, a washable mattress or mattress cover is a good solution.
